Beautiful product. I ordered two more for the house. It was nice while it lasted. It broke after I used it for two days. I was trying to take the lid off to fill the reservoir and it broke. Disappointed because I ordered three others. I’m going to go ahead and cancel them.

Super easy to use! To ship, the power cord is located inside the device. I rinsed it out, added water and oil, plugged it in, and pressed the button on the back - nice smelling cold steam came out! If you press the button quickly, it turns the steam on and off. If you hold the button down, the light turns on and off. Hope this helps! Very pleased with the device and its size. Included power cord but not wall device. Shipped quickly, box came dented (it went on a long journey!) but diffuser is perfect.
